Reclaimed Wood Doors

We work through the design process to ensure that you get the appearance you desire. We then hand select all reclaimed wood for your doors. We have produced doors with a rustic barnboard texture and others with absolutely clear and tight edge grain Douglas Fir.

Our doors are made from solid timber, the stiles and rails being fixed together by traditional mortise and tenon joints. The number of panels may vary, but the general construction is similar with full height stiles on each side with top, middle and bottom rails. Our standard door thickness is 1 ¾” although we will produce any custom thickness.

In addition to doors, we also provide custom door jams, casing and door stop material, all cut from premium old growth reclaimed Douglas Fir, with an appearance to match the doors.
You have several choices for your door style, including:

• Panel doors (Two, three, four or six panels)
• Glass in door (French, Shoji)
• Exterior Door system  with side lights and transom
• Solid Plank door

Doors are available in reclaimed Douglas Fir, Alaskan Yellow Cedar and Western Red Cedar or combination of species.
